History
Sauvignon Blanc is an aromatic grape variety of the Loire Valley which is also widespread in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. It has found a favourable soil on the rocky and lean hillsides of Valais. Harvested late, it can be found in the composition of some sweet wines such as l’Or de Conthey.
Vinification
This wine has been traditionally vinified in our tanks, and it thus retains all of its flavour and exotic aromas.
Gastronomy
Sauvignon Blanc blends to perfection with starters, fish, shellfish or simply as an appetiser.
