Our MT is processed without any malolactic fermentation, but leaving a trace of natural residual sweetness which can vary a little depending on the vintage and the resulting acidity. Fresh notes of limes and other Mediterranean fruit dominate. A hint of minerality is another characteristic, enhanced by a cool fermenting temperature.

The Müller-Thurgau tastes its best when it tingles slightly on your tongue (as a result of carbonisation during fermentation), and in the year after bottling.
