Character
A gleaming ruby-red wine with powerful blackberry aromas, complemented by redcurrant, elder and plum. Alongside these is a wonderful vanilla spice note and a hint of dried fruit. Wonderfully soft on the palate, with soft tannins and a slight initial sweetness. The intense fruit is supported on a full, very supple and harmonious structure and the finish is long and sustained.

Viticulture has existed in the region ever since the 12th century. The exceptional climate and the excellent influences from the Mediterranean and Atlantic can be put to perfect use here to the benefit of the wines. The region is known as the “Empire of the Garnacha” because the grape originated here before being exported from the Kingdom of Aragon to Europe during its expansion.
