Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Fermentation in cement tanks with subsequent maturation in neutral stainless steel vats.
Deep ruby, with a nose of dark berries and forest floor. Powerful body with excellent balance. Spicy characters on the palate, with balsamic notes, cherry, blueberry and blackcurrant. Fresh primary flavours take centre stage, complemented by fine tannins and delicate minerality.
Sourced from an amphitheatre-like slope with exceptional loam and pebble soils. The low fertility of this terroir lends the grapes tremendous fruit character and complexity, which is tailor-made for this Cabernet Franc.
