Manual harvest early in the morning, involving two to four passes depending on the vintage. Maturation in stainless steel. Bottled unfiltered after 49 months. Production: between 3'500 and 6'500 bottles.
Elegance and power married with complexity and minerality. Silky tannins and black fruit notes linger long on the palate. A delight to drink.
