Partial destemming of hand-picked grapes (50 to 80%, depending on the vintage). Vinification in concrete followed by maturation for 12 to 16 months in 225-litre barrels.
Dark cherry red. Complex on the nose, with black berries and cherries, a touch of pepper, spice, and floral notes. Racy attack. Highly refreshing and fruity, with fine tannins. Powerful finish.
From a warm, dry microclimate with granite soils. Comprising 1.5 hectares of exceptionally old vines.
