Partial destemming of hand-picked grapes (50 to 80%, depending on the vintage). Vinification in concrete followed by maturation for 12 to 16 months in 225-litre barrels.
Dark cherry red. Lively on the nose, with black berries and cherries, tabacco, violet and a touch of pepper. Highly refreshing and fruity on the palate, with beautiful structure and fine tannins. Powerful finish.
From a warm, dry microclimate with granite soils. Comprising 1.5 hectares of exceptionally old vines.
