Only produced in the best years, this Cabernet Franc matures in oak for around a year.
A wine showing lovely concentration and complexity. Voluminous on the palate, with a dense, velvety structure and aromatic tones of ripe fruit, spice and forest floor.
Eco-friendly, biodynamic farming, allowing the terroir to retain its natural balance. Clay-limestone soils. Échalier is made from grapes from the oldest vines of the vineyard.
