Grapes from organically farmed vineyards, picked and destemmed by hand. Les Clos Lyzières spends 12 months in used French oak barrels and a further seven months in concrete.
Complex, multilayered nose of black fruit, spice and leather. There is a discernible minerality on the palate, dovetailing with wild herbs and dark fruit. Clos Lyzières is a fresh, vibrant, balanced Cabernet Franc.
Les Clos Lyzières is situated only a few metres away from the iconic Les Poyeux vineyard.
