Complete destemming of fully ripe grapes, followed by a long period of maceration (skin contact) and then 20 days of fermentation. Maturation for 12 months in French oak barrels before bottling.
Deep ruby. Beautiful nose of forest fruit followed by a well-structured palate. Lingering aftertaste with plenty of sweet and savoury characters.
