Maceration (skin contact) for seven days at a controlled temperature of 22 to 28°C, with vinification for three months in stainless steel.
Deep ruby with violet reflections. Powerful nose of wild cherry, red fruit and sweet spice. Rounded and fresh on the palate, with floral notes, fine tannins and delicate, lingering finish.
Grown on loamy and sandy soils with iron content.
