Fermentation and maturation of the base wine in used oak barrels, followed by around three years on the lees in bottle. Addition of an extra-brut dosage of 4.2 g/l.
Exotic fruit, oriental spice and fresh brioche on the nose. Very elegant and wine-like on the palate, with delicate bubbles and a wonderful mouthfeel.
The Pinot Noir vines stand on shell limestone.
