Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle whole-bunch pressing followed by fermentation. Subsequent maturation on the lees for eight months in 100% first-use oak barrels.
Lemon-green colour, with pronounced aromas of citrus, peach, exotic and candied fruit, honey, and vanilla from barrel ageing. Rounded on the palate, with waves of fresh, stimulating acidity. Densely packed flavours on a long finish of green apple, citrus, melon and wet stone.
The fruit is sourced from Merino Vineyard, Kick Ranch Vineyard and Ritchie Vineyard in the heart of Sonoma County.
