Manual harvest followed by direct pressing and transfer to vessels for fermentation. Four months of maturation in stainless steel.
The nose shows exotic fruit – pineapple, mango and papaya – as well as floral hints, while the palate is fresh and has lovely minerality. Medium finish with peach and citrus flavours.
Eco-friendly, biodynamic farming of 25- to 50-year-old vines, allowing the terroir to retain its natural balance. Clay-limestone soils.
