Selective manual harvest of grapes at peak ripeness. Maceration (skin contact) for 12 hours followed by gentle pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, and subsequent maturation on the lees until just before bottling.
Pure nose of pome and stone fruit along with white fruit. Minerally and precise on the palate, with grip, a lovely light mouthfeel and a fresh finish. An exceptional entry-level Riesling.
From vines planted over 20 years ago on limestone-marl, gravel and loess soils.
