Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by wild-yeast fermentation in 1,000- and 3,000-litre oak casks. Maturation on the fine lees for 12 months, without any bâtonnage (lees stirring).
Complex nose of ripe yellow fruit, stone, and candied citrus. Dense on the palate, with tension, elegance and good structure. This Riesling displays juicy, slightly saline minerality on the finish.
