Selective manual harvest of overripe grapes. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Long maturation on the fine lees to lend extra suppleness, texture and complexity.
Subtle nose of white fruit and herbs. Precise, dense body with grip, ripeness and well-integrated acidity. The finish is long and complex.
The weathered Devonian slate terroir of this steeply sloping vineyard offers ideal conditions for growing grapes thanks to its south-south-westerly aspect and gradients of up to 70 degrees.
