Absinthe Verte, Larusée 65° (70 cl)

Herbaceous aromas of hyssop, small wormwood, lemon balm, very discreet green anise: dry medicinal nose. A very vegetal, fresh, mountainous and perfumed palate. The very powerful wormwood plant quickly settles in the mouth to develop pleasant floral notes that last a long time. It is a thirst-quenching, dry and elegant absinthe. The plant presides over the tasting and develops some nutty notes at the end of the mouth.
