Viticulture

The 32-hectare terroir is highly heterogeneous: sandy and sandy-clay soil with iron dross between 60 and 80 metres; sandy-gravel soil; sandy-clay soil. Pruning to 6 buds, clearing, leaf thinning, manual harvesting with sorting.

Oenology

Vatting for 3 weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. In 1993, an ageing cellar was created from scratch. 100% one-wine barrels. Final blending just before bottling.
