Produced from a great terroir and de-stemmed by hand, grain by grain (!), Barolo UnoPerUno has an intense ruby red colour. The aromas are intoxicating (violet, old rose, violet) and invite you to dip your lips in it. The palate is incredibly silky and complex, with an explosive floral finish. Great wine! Technique

Viticulture

First vintage produced: 2011. Bottles produced: 1500. From the Arborina vineyard, a plot planted in 1948 by grandfather Giovanni. Clay and sandy soil. South, south-east exposure.

Oenology

The grapes are de-stemmed by hand! Maceration on skins takes place for 5-6 days in temperature-controlled rotating vats. The wine is aged for 24 months in French barrels (50% new). 2 years in bottle.
