We are proud to offer you the wines of this family estate in south-west Sardinia, with its heritage of old Carignan vines, some of which are even planted free-standing in the sands a few metres from the sea. The Cuvée Giba expresses the magic of the place, with its brown tobacco scent, its finesse and its greedy sapidity.

Technique

Viticulture

The vines are free-standing and therefore planted directly in the sand and clay. Terroirs of Giba, S. Anna Arresi, S. Antioco, Calasetta. South / south-west exposure. Goblet cultivation.

Oenology

Vinification in stainless steel vats. Maceration for 10-25 days. Aged in vats and then in bottles for 3 months.

Suggestions for accompaniment

Spaghetti with bottarga - Potato and artichoke gnocchi.
