A parcel of 1 hectare still located on Ausone and Magdeleine and all the rest of the vineyard located at the foot of the hillside, on deep sands towards the Libourne-Bergerac road. Soil type: clay-limestone and sandy at the foot of the hillside. South-facing slope. Grassing and pruning. Disbudding and leaf removal. 30-45 hl/ha. The vineyard is about 40 years old. The vineyard has been advised by Stéphane Derenoncourt since 1996.
