Giacomo Mori’s Riserva Castelrotto is the archetypal historic Chianti. Its scents of spicy red fruit, mint and balsamic accents herald a wine of character. The palate is lively and full-bodied, with ripe, spirited fruit. With its robustness and tannic mass, it will age well, but it can already be drunk decanted for an hour or two. A fine wine!
