With a beautiful pale yellow colour with silver reflections, this wine offers an intense bouquet, both tasty and varied: at first, we find white flowers and fruit peels. Then the mineral framework of the terroir makes its mark. The palate is lacy, rather fresh and dynamic, with good staying power. Citrus zest, lime blossom and lemon balm radiate in a very dry finish. A delightful wine.
