From a poor, ideally exposed plot and a particularly privileged vintage, this Chasselas signed by a great name in Lavaux has an explosive nose of pear and rubbed flint; the palate is incisive, ample and enhanced by a fine perlage that accentuates the effect of freshness. It can be drunk young, decanted, or after a few years of ageing: it will then reveal the breed of its great terroir.
