Riesling Scharzhofberger Pergentsknopp, Van Volxem - 2022

Made from the best part of the Scharzhof, a terroir made famous by Egon Müller, and from very old vines, some of which are pre-phylloxera, Pergentsknopp is an impressive wine of straightforwardness and tension, tracing a path of noble bitters that beckons refined, spicy dishes. Its ageing potential is exceptional!
