Made from the Roussanne grape variety, this cuvée actually comes from the Clos Florentin, which covers 4 hectares in Saint-Joseph and more specifically in Mauves, a terroir acquired by the Domaine in 2009! The nose is powerful and rather rich, with notes of fresh hazelnuts, acacia and yellow fruit, evolving around spices and minerals. On the palate, the attack is mellow, revealing a delicious body energised by a fine tension that lengthens the whole.
