The nose is magical in its intensity and depth. The grapes are ideally candied. On this "cold" clay terroir on the south coast, it was necessary to wait for the grapes to reach great maturity. The palate is superb in its density and delivers tactile sensations which, once again, evoke those of a great Burgundy. And what can I say about the phenomenally long finish?
