We want to give Gamay back the rightful place it once held and which it continues to deserve: that of an uncomplicated wine that makes the heart sing but doesn’t burden the head!
Our Domaine La Colombe Gamay is the result of a limited-yield harvest where attention is focused on keeping the freshness of this grape: it is a wine with a bouquet that is intense, rich and peppery with aromas of red currant, black currant and cherry.
In mouth, it’s a fresh and dynamic wine that can be drunk young, when the fruit dominates.
