Der Williamsbrand wird nach der Destillation in Eichenfässern eingelagert und reift dort während 12 bis 18 Monaten. Nach Abschluss der Reifung wird das Destillat weiterveredelt, indem naturreine Auszüge von getrockneten Williamsbirnen als Dosage zugegeben werden. Diese Dosage verleiht dem goldprämierten Fruchtbrand seine feine Süsse und Geschmeidigkeit.

This Williams brandy is stored in oak casks after distillation and matures there for a period of 12 to 18 months. After maturing is complete, the 'Eau-de-Vie' is further refined by adding a liqueur made from pure, natural extracts of dried Williams pears. This liqueur gives this gold medal-winning fruit brandy its delicately sweet and supple character.
