This is a very structured red with lots of blackberry, currant, walnut and graphite. Full-bodied and long. Nice chewiness. 72% cabernet sauvignon, the rest merlot.

Couleur sombre, intense et pourpre. Nez très aromatique, au fruité mûr, avec une touche d’agrumes. Bouche immédiatement plaisante pour son caractère juteux, qui se développe parfumée, agréable, puis grandit en finale avec du goût et des tannins fins. C’est long et très bon.

Bouquet de bonne intensité révélant des notes de cassis, de myrtilles et de poivre rose. En bouche le vin est friand, frais, dense et bien soutenu par ses tannins. Ces derniers sont élégants, presque suaves et parfaitement intégrés. Un vin gourmand, puissant et persistant.

Recht intensives Bouquet, das Anklänge von schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Heidelbeeren und rosa Pfeffer offenbart. Am Gaumen ist der Wein knackig, frisch, dicht und mit attraktiven Tanninen ausgestattet. Diese sind elegant, fast süßlich und perfekt integriert. Ein animierender, kraftvoller und anhaltender Wein.

Medium to deep purple-black colored, it gives up notes of crushed blackcurrants, fresh blackberries and Bing cherries, with touches of bay leaves, tree bark and graphite. The medium-bodied palate has well-managed tannins and just enough freshness for the subtle black fruit and dried herbs flavors, taking a slight dip in the mid-palate and finishing a tad abruptly.

Voilà l'une des meilleures expressions du cru qui brille par sa belle densité et sa précision. Un pauillac séduisant et étiré, avec une finale qui se prolonge très élégamment.

Dunkles Rubingranat, violette Reflexe, zarte Randaufhellung. Noch etwas dominante Holzwürze, tabakige Nuancen, schwarze Kirschen, etwas Velour und Vanille. Mittlere Komplexität, frische Herzkirschen und etwas Cassis am Gaumen, integrierte Tannine, elegant und gut anhaftend, ein frischer Speisenbegleiter, gutes Reifepotenzial.

Intense and concentrated, lots of liquorice and clove mark the palate alongside ripe blackcurrant and plum. I love the cool freshness here, despite the clear oak, it wears it well with lots of minerality and such smooth, enveloping tannins. There is refinement to this, it hasn't tried too hard to overdo it. Suave with a tiny bit of sweetness on the mid-palate and a long fresh finish. Finely textured with an appealing Cabernet signature of menthol and eucalyptus. A good effort, strong but stylish.
